Nasty Gal

Nasty Gal
Hey my Ladies :hirabbit: If you know
Nasty Gal
you’ll probably know what this post will be about ..
Yes, fashion again! Athough about a totally different style than in my last post :nope:. What I really adore about Nasty Gal is their exquisite taste in selecting the clothing they offer on their website. But first a little bit about this fabuolous supplier.
Nasty Gal was founded in 2006, offering a good selection of the most coveted vintage clothing and accessories available online as well as unique new designer pieces. What I admire the most and is clearly evident, is that all of their clothing is hand selected with care for its style, wearability, and quality. The clothes are tailored each season to satisfy our runway cravings with pieces that continue to inspire designers and trendsetters alike.
I found their website only recently and already have a long wishlist of their dresses, tops and shoes :hehe:. Luckily many of the items I like are on sale! I defenetly would like to buy some of the clothes I have on my wishlist but since the ones that are on sale are non-returnable I’m now kind of in an akward situation. Has anybody of you made any experiences with Nasty Gal? Do the clothes really run true to size? I compared their size chart (you can find the link called “fit guide” on the bar on the bottom of their site) with other size charts and noticed a huge discrepancy :crying: and now I feel clueless about what to do..
Here some pieces of my Nasty Gal Wishlist:

I’m totally in love with all these items and now I don’t even know if they would fit :ohno:.. What would you do?

  1. The cape dress and shoes are adorable! The way you describe this company reminds me of the american company ModCloth. They seem to have similar vibes. Great post!

  2. @ Ava: I’m glad you liked the post :nyan: but but… what should I do because of the size charts?? do you think Nasty Gals size chart is realistic?

  3. I don’t think the size chart is realistic, because the sizes listed aren’t at all in line with what US manufacturers create. Like, Sizes 10 and 12 are considered L at the most NOT XL. And a size 40 bust is usually considered a 14 not a 12. I’d be afraid to order based on the discrepancies.

    P.S.
I plan on writing about winning the giveaway in my PERSONAL blog, thereasonfortears.com I’m just resizing my pictures and stuff now actually :D It’ll probably be up in a few days.

  4. hmm you’re probably right about the discrepancies..:crying:.. and yes, writing about the won giveaway in your personal blog makes much more sense:miam: looking forward to reading something on thereasonfortears again!!
