Mizore Nabe

Mizore Nabe

Mizore Nabe literally means “Sleet Nabe”

Nabe is a pot traditionally made of clay (Donabe) or thick cast iron (Tetsunabe). The dish is usually cooked at the table on a portable stove where the diners can pick their food directly from the pot.

We tried our best three days ago, and i have to say, that it turned out quite satisfying
